| FS-100 |
| The FS-100 enables inspection and sorting of filled capsules to eliminate dented, telescoped and opened-up capsules. The machine improves productivity of inspection and sorting by feeding filled capsules from the hopper at a controlled rate to the conveyor belt. The capsules are rotated 360o and in a zigzag manner on the conveyor and defective capsules are picked up manually. In the process, it also removes excess powder which is collected in the powder tray below the vibrator. |
