| Today, the burning problem facing the Pharmaceutical industry is the widespread manufacturer and sale of spurious drugs in the country. Although raids against fake drugs are on the rise, the minimum number of popular medicines being faked keeps growing. According to a recent article in 'India Today', counterfeits account for Rs. 1500 crores, an 8% share of the local Pharmaceutical market. |
