| Induction |
| A thorough induction program is conducted for new employees to make him comfortable and aware of personnel policies and programs. A senior manager is assigned as a mentor to newcomers. The mentor guides them for the first three months and orients them with organizational culture and values. New employees are provided with a detailed job description to ensure clarity and comprehension. |

| Training |
| We provide extensive training through in-house programs as well as programs conducted by invited faculty. Personnel Heads/Company Heads can sponsor candidates for such programs. |

| Promotion |
| We have an elaborately written promotion policy, which addresses various promotion-related issues. It describes promotion and the parameters for an employee to be considered for promotion. It sets specifications for increasing job complexities with regard to abilities of employees. | Communication Meetings and Entertainment |
| This policy has been evolved to create an opportunity for members of departments to discuss issues faced by them with their Heads Of Department (HOD), in a friendly atmosphere that helps to build their team spirit. Such communication meetings are held once a month. Departmental get-togethers are held in the HOD's house or in a suitable external establishment to help build stronger bonds between the HOD and his department members. Annual get-togethers are held every year, with the participation of employees and their families to create feeling of belongingness towards the company and foster a spirit of togetherness. |
